Dr. Michael Joseph is a Human Resource professional with over 25 years of corporate experience across Tata, Birla and L&T Group driving Human Resource function, he was closely working with Chairpersons and CEOs of these Groups, leading diverse HR initiatives at a Group level. He had deep engagement with global consultants like McKinsey, PWC and Aon Hewitt for driving Growth, Scalability, M&A and lead diverse HR Projects of global scale.

During the pandemic he supported the USD $2.5billion integration of L&T (Switch Gear) business into Schneider Electric. Dr. Michael was part of a listed entity L&T Technology Services, scaling the Global Leadership team. Dr. Michael holds Doctorate in Human Resources from Swiss School of Business & Management -Geneva, MBA from IMT-Ghaziabad, Post Graduate in Labour Laws from Indian Law Institute.
