Ruchit Mohan

Ruchit is legal professional with over 6+ years of experience spanning litigation and corporate legal practice.

An alumnus of Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat and with executive education from Harvard Law School, USA, I began my career practising before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court before transitioning to the corporate sector, where my work focuses on the legal and regulatory dimensions of the NBFC and financial services ecosystem.

My professional interests lie at the intersection of law, business, technology and public policy, particularly in banking regulation, litigation strategy, fintech, data protection and emerging technology governance. Having experienced both the courtroom and the corporate environment, I am interested in understanding how legal principles translate into business realities, institutional accountability and effective risk management.

Beyond my professional work, I have a keen interest in constitutional thought, international relations, music and literature. I enjoy exploring ideas that challenge conventional perspectives and examining how institutions, technology and human behaviour shape the world around us. I believe that good legal practice requires more than technical knowledge. It demands intellectual curiosity, sound judgment and an appreciation of the larger context in which the law operates.
