Ridhima Srivastava

Ridhima Srivastava is an entrepreneur, social-impact leader and founder of Weavehand, a social enterprise working to preserve India’s traditional crafts while creating sustainable livelihoods for artisans. With over 14 years of experience across corporate, e-commerce and entrepreneurship, she has built her journey around the belief that women can create economic independence without losing their connection with their roots.

Through Weavehand and its skill-development initiatives, Ridhima has worked with women artisans across Bihar and other craft clusters, helping them build skills, access markets and earn with dignity. Her work sits at the intersection of women, work, financial independence, entrepreneurship and social change.

As a woman entrepreneur and mother, Ridhima brings a firsthand perspective to questions around building a career, finding purpose, navigating responsibilities and creating an identity beyond traditional roles. She writes and speaks about women’s work, economic independence, entrepreneurship and life transitions, drawing on her own experiences as well as the stories of women she has worked with.
